Booking with Luxury Transfer Bali is a guided process led by a single concierge from start to finish. No call centres, no rotating agents.
Standard booking window is 3–180 days before travel. Route modifications can be requested up to 24 hours before transfer; full itinerary amendments up to 48 hours prior. Final payment is due 14 days before scheduled transfer for multi-day plans.
For airport-departure transfers, please allow at least 3 hours before your check-in time. Late-night and pre-dawn arrivals incur no surcharge.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup. A 25% charge applies within 12–24 hours, 50% within 12 hours, and 100% for no-shows. Amendments (vehicle class, route, time) are free up to 48 hours before the booking.
Tell us the exact locations — airport, hotel, villa, or anywhere on the island. Add any waypoints (an additional stop is usually ~IDR 100,000).
Allow at least 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time for an airport transfer to account for immigration, baggage, and customs.
Pick from the curated fleet — sedans, executive MPVs, SUVs, or 7–10 passenger vans. The concierge will recommend the best match for your party.
Child seats, preferred music, language preference, refreshment preferences, even pre-arrival shopping for the villa — all confirmed in writing.
A 20% deposit for bookings over IDR 1,000,000, or full payment for smaller jobs. Cash, in-vehicle card terminal (3% fee), or advance bank transfer.
A written confirmation email arrives within one hour during business hours with reservation details, driver name, vehicle, and concierge contact.
