Luxury Transfer Bali was founded to close the gap between the world-class hospitality of Bali’s finest resorts and the often-unpredictable nature of ground transportation on the island. Every vehicle in our fleet is no older than four model years and detailed daily. Every chauffeur holds the SIM A Umum commercial licence with a minimum five-year professional record, annual defensive-driving recertification, and English proficiency verified to CEFR B2 or above. Together, they represent over 200 hours of training each year.
We treat every booking as an opportunity to be cultural ambassadors. Drivers brief guests on local etiquette, ceremony days, and ritual practices — turning what could be a 45-minute ride into a soft introduction to Bali. This is what we mean by “the art of arrival.”
We invest in Indonesian people, vehicles, and economy — paying above-market wages, supporting community initiatives in Pererenan and Mengwi, and operating multi-point safety and emissions inspections every six months. Our supply chain favours Indonesian-owned operators wherever possible.
