Vehicles are daily-detailed, GPS-tracked from a Denpasar dispatch hub, fully insured, and air-conditioned to a constant 22°C. Drivers hold the SIM A Umum professional licence, complete annual defensive-driving recertification, and receive pre-shift briefings on road closures, ceremonies, and weather.
Every airport transfer is quoted at a flat rate with no surge. Tolls, parking, fuel, the driver gratuity baseline, mineral water, and 30 minutes of complimentary waiting at the arrivals meeting point are all included.
There are no surcharges for late-night or pre-dawn arrivals. Your original quote is honored if a flight is delayed up to four hours, provided you share the revised ETA via WhatsApp. Payment is by cash, in-vehicle card terminal, or bank transfer for corporate accounts.
Starting rates per transfer, point-to-point from Ngurah Rai International (DPS). Final pricing depends on vehicle class, distance, and seasonality. All quotes are flat-rate and include tolls, parking, fuel, mineral water, and 30 minutes complimentary waiting.

Standard bookings 24–48 hours ahead. For the Mercedes S-Class or BMW X7 we recommend 7 days; during high season (June–August, December–January) 14 days is safer. Last-minute requests within 12 hours are accepted subject to dispatch reserve capacity.

ISOFIX-compatible Maxi-Cosi or Britax child seats are included free of charge when reserved at booking — rear-facing capsule (0–13 kg), forward-facing convertible (9–25 kg), or high-back booster (15–36 kg).
